Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat.

• Maintain high service standards, delivering a great customer experience.
• Create value for customers, colleagues, clients, communities, and shareholders alike.
• Assist customers in completing orders on the company’s website.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Danish with a good level of English.
• A strong desire to move to Portugal and embrace life in Lisbon.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenges with ease.
• A positive, open-minded, and proactive personality!
