What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Talent Hunter Intern, you’ll work closely with a dynamic team of international recruiters, talent sourcers, and business managers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but won’t be limited to):

• Head-hunting and sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and databases.
• Creating job visibility and posting engaging ads across various platforms while sticking to our brand’s high standards.
• Screening candidates through phone calls, identifying the best fits for job openings, and matching them with suitable international positions.
• Managing candidate data in our internal system according to company processes and best practices.
• Presenting candidates to clients, scheduling interviews, and guiding the hiring process from start to finish.
• Building strong client relationships to help grow the business.
• Collaborating with colleagues and managers to maintain clear and open communication.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in English and one of the following languages: Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian.
• Is available for a full-time internship for 3-6 months in 2024.
• Has a self-driven attitude and is capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Is passionate about hunting for top talent and using various tools like social media and job portals.
• Loves connecting with candidates over the phone and identifying the perfect job matches.
• Is target-driven with a background or interest in sales and service and comfortable working with KPIs.
• Brings a positive, solution-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude to the role.
• Is eager to join us in our Barcelona office during the internship period.
