We are looking for a Senior Lead Developer to join our team in Manila to take ownership of our custom-built CRM platform that powers our global sales organization. This is a key role where you will lead the maintenance, development, and continuous improvement of our CRM systems that are critical to our business operations worldwide.

You’ll work closely with our Tech Lead based in Dubai, with twice-weekly stand-up calls to align on deliverables, review progress, and plan future developments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop new features for our in-house CRM system
  Manage server setups, deployments, and optimizations

• Integrate third-party services such as Aircall, Mailgun, Twilio, and more

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead to plan sprints, track progress, and deliver high-quality code

• Ensure platform stability, scalability, and security

• Participate in code reviews and improve our codebase and workflows

Tech Stack You’ll Work With:

• PHP & Laravel
• Digital Ocean / Server Management / Laravel Forge / Vercel
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Integrations with systems like Aircall, Mailgun, Twilio, etc. Experience in a related field is considered an asset.

What We Expect:

• 5+ years of experience as a developer working with PHP and Laravel
• Strong knowledge of server setup and management (Digital Ocean / Forge / Vercel)
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party services
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work on-site at our Manila office (mandatory)
• Ability to handle periods of increased workload
