Your Role:

• Provide exceptional support in Finnish via email and live chat.
• Handle inquiries with attention to detail, ensuring top-quality service.
• Identify client needs and proactively offer smart solutions.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, exceeding expectations at every step.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and deliver seamless service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English and Finnish (both written and spoken).
• A proactive attitude with strong communication and support skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience as a support agent is a plus, but not required.
• A willingness to work night shifts.
