About the Role:

As a Content Moderator, your main responsibility will be to oversee and filter content on a popular social media platform, ensuring that offensive, violent, or inappropriate videos, comments, and ads are removed. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and positive experience for users. Please note that some content may be sensitive in nature, but you’ll have the support of the company’s “Feelgood” program to help you manage this.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure content adheres to the platform’s guidelines, removing anything that violates them
• Act as an ambassador for the platform’s mission and values
• Handle customer data collection and maintenance
• Manage and respond to user requests and comments via various media channels

What We’re Looking For:

• Native-level proficiency in Norwegian (both spoken and written)
• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar contact center roles
• Strong awareness of cultural, social, and current events
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of office tools like Office 365, CRM systems, and other internal platforms
• Availability to work from the office in Barcelona (near Glories metro station), with rotating shifts Monday to Sunday
