In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing graphic content on a major social media platform and making decisions based on the platform’s guidelines. You’ll handle sensitive and complex customer inquiries, ensuring the platform remains a safe space for its users. If you have a passion for social media and content analysis, this role is the perfect fit for you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Review content received through internal systems or from users to ensure compliance with the client’s guidelines.
• Classify, review, and remove highly sensitive content based on the client’s parameters.
• Escalate issues that require special attention to your manager in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the proper handling of customer information.
• Respond to inquiries and comments through media channels, maintaining excellent communication standards.

What You Need:

• Native-level proficiency in Norwegian (written and spoken) – this is a must!
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• Stress resilience and a positive, proactive mindset.
• A keen attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
• Availability to work 24/7 rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday (required).
