Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer support in Norwegian via email and live chat.
  • Handle each request with precision and care, ensuring top-quality service.
  • Identify customers’ needs and proactively offer tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to enhance and streamline processes for even greater success!

 

What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive attitude with strong support and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • An eye for detail and a passion for delivering great service.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not essential!
  • Willingness to work night shifts to provide exceptional support around the clock.
