What You’ll Be Doing

As a Talent Hunter Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment efforts, working alongside an international team of recruiters, talent sourcers, and hunters. Reporting directly to your team’s Business Manager, your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Head-hunting and sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and more.
• Creating visibility for open roles by advertising jobs on platforms, using your creativity while adhering to company guidelines.
• Screening candidates over the phone, matching them with job opportunities, and ensuring they’re a great fit for both the role and client.
• Updating our internal systems with candidate information, following company procedures and best practices.
• Presenting candidates to clients, scheduling interviews, and guiding them through the process from start to finish.
• Building strong relationships with clients to help grow the business and expand opportunities.
• Fostering transparent communication within the team and with management to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have the following:

• Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian.
• Availability for a 3-6 month full-time internship in 2024.
• A self-driven, independent work style but also a collaborative team player.
• A passion for sourcing and headhunting talented candidates using various tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, and a love for engaging with candidates over the phone.
• A target-driven mindset with a passion for sales, service, and meeting daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
• A positive attitude, proactive approach, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Must be available to work from our office in Malaga during the internship period.
